About
The mission of Morehouse College is to develop men with disciplined minds who will lead lives of leadership and service. A private historically black liberal arts college for men, Morehouse realizes this mission by emphasizing the intellectual and character development of its students. In addition, the College assumes special responsibility for teaching the history and culture of black people.
The Bonner Office of Community Service is committed to fostering a culture of service on campus in the following issue-based areas: education, food insecurity, homelessness, environment & sustainability via civic engagement and social action. The office is the home of three community service-oriented scholarship programs, The Corella and Bertram F. Bonner Scholarship Program, Emma and Joe Adams Scholarship Program, and the UPS Community Scholars Program.
