This event has been cancelled.

About

All levels of birding experience are welcome.  This will be a good opportunity to practice and expand birding skills.

A small group of volunteers will identify and count bird species in riparian, savannah and human structure habitats of Herff Farm.  A separate tally list for each habitat will be submitted to eBird (on online database administered by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology).

Volunteers will meet at Herff Farm at 8am on dates indicated.   Masks are required and social distancing will be practiced.  There will be several miles of walking on generally flat ground.
This survey is jointly sponsored by Bexar Audubon Society and Cibolo Center for Conservation and is approved for Alamo and Hill Country Master Naturalist volunteer hours.   The survey leader will be a member of Bexar Audubon Society.
