About

Join us in partnership with North Georgia Young Adults in expanding our children's library!

We need help getting all our library books coded and sorted. This is a simple task that can be accomplished by people of all ages (including kids!). It involves looking up the reading level of books online and applying matching stickers to identify book levels. We supply all the stickers, training, and a few laptops (see note below about laptops).

Directions:

Address: 5312 W. Mountain St. Stone Mountain, GA 30083 (It is Stone Mountain First UMC).
Entrance and Parking: There is one main parking lot where people can park. The main entrance some double red doors (not the ones under the bell tower- the other ones). A staff member will always be around to greet you.
Attire: Comfortable clothing. Closed toed shoes preferred for those able to move boxes of books.

Note: Please bring a laptop or tablet if you have one- this will help the process go faster. No software is required, it is just a simple internet search.
